Helped design and develop this course providing Allina Health employees with an online, new employee orientation (onboarding) experience designed to improve onboarding effectiveness and efficiency.
The training program teaches new employees about everything from policies to safety, while reflecting the new Allina Health brand and imparting a deep sense of the caring and responsive culture that is Allina Health. The need to train all employees, from physicians to ambulance drivers, from employees in hospitals to the Allina Health clinics, was a significant challenge that we helped overcome by making the training conducive to both independent learning and classroom facilitation.
